A BIT ABOUT ME

I discovered Pilates as a new way to keep fit. Having worked in an office for a number of years I found it difficult to keep up an effective exercise regime and didn’t like the atmosphere of a gym. After seeing an advert for Pilates in my local area I gave the classes a try and was hooked after the first class! Feeling longer, leaner and calmer I found it the perfect way to exercise both the body and the mind.


Pilates had such a positive impact on my life that I decided to train to become a teacher with the world renowned Body Control Pilates in 2013. 

My classes are designed to leave you feeling longer, leaner and stronger. It's a great way to switch off from the stresses of every day life and allow your mind to focus on the here and now.

My own struggle with fertility and IVF treatments inspired me to specialise in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates. It can be an extremely difficult time planning for a pregnancy but thankfully I have had my Pilates practise to keep me grounded and I hope it can aid and guide you also.
